The hotel had a good supply of potable water and a nice view of the surrounding street from the balcony. the staff was friendly and always ready to help.
The room was very basic and not as comfortable as expected, with squat toilet and hard bed. the hotel is not easily accessible and requires a flight of stairs to enter.

quite good located.
very cold inside the room. really hard beds, they were a mattress of 5 cm on a wood table. disgusting toilet: it was a hole in the floor tthat was at the same time WC and drain for shower.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is in the center of the city, close to bus stops. the room and bathroom were clean, although quite basic. the staff was friendly and helpful. We liked that there was potable water available in the hotel, saving us from having to buy and carry water up the stairs. the breezeway provided a nice view of the street below.
The hotel entrance is located up a tall flight of stairs outdoors, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

The staff was pretty nice. The room was clean, if bare. There is one tap of potable water in the hotel, so it isn't necessary to buy water and carry it up the stairs. Nice view of the street below from the breezeway.
The room was very spartan, a squat toilet with shower head overhead, sink, hard bed with pillow, flat sheet and blanket, desk (with drawers removed), and wooden stool. I have stayed at budget hotels in China before, and I was expecting something a little more comfortable that this. When arriving, my taxi driver could not find the hotel, and very nearly gave up. Finally we were able to find someone on the street (in the middle of the night) who knew where it was. There is no ground-level entrance; you must walk up a tall flight of stairs outdoors to enter the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The room was clean and the staff was pretty nice. We loved the fact that there is one tap of potable water in the hotel, so we didn't have to buy and carry water up the stairs. The location is quite close to everything in the center of the city, including bus stops. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.
No negative aspects.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The view of the surrounding area from the hotel was also quite nice. the hotel provides potable water, which was quite convenient and saved us the trouble of carrying water up the outdoor stairs.
We were expecting a little more comfort for the price we paid. the location was quite difficult to find, and we had to ask for directions from a passerby in the middle of the night.
